1) How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (verification, quality checks and packaging). Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
2) What are the shipping options and delivery times?
USA (all 50 states):
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days ($10.99)
Economy Shipping: 11–22 business days ($4.99)
International: Typically 7–25 business days, depending on your region.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.
3) Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most regions worldwide. Exact shipping options and estimates are displayed at checkout.
4) How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Use it to follow your package in real time via the carrier’s site.
5) What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. See our full Refund & Return Policy.
6) How do I start a return?
Submit your request via the ParcelPanel Return Portal. If approved, we’ll issue a pre-paid return label; the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns sent without approval or without the provided label won’t be accepted.
7) Which items are non-returnable?
Worn or damaged items, custom/made-to-order shoes, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
8) What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect upon delivery and contact us within 14 days with photos/video. We’ll evaluate and resolve per our policy.
9) Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Request a return first; once approved, place a new order for the desired size/style.
10) When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the funds.
11) Are original shipping fees refundable?
No. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
12) How do I contact customer support?
